These terms apply to all orders on kuroko.store. Support: kuroko.store@proton.me

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in EUR and are final. You pay at checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. If we cannot deliver your order, you get a full refund.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free. Delivery usually takes 10-18 working days and you get a tracking number by email. Orders outside the EU may be charged import fees by your country.

4. Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send you the return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer. We refund you within 14 days. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

5. Products

Pins, cards and keychains shown in photos are for styling only and are not included.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies.
