Return Authorization

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please include this RMA number on the return package to facilitate processing.

Returning the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
